Job Title: Locum Consultant in Community Paediatrics

Location: WALES

Rate: £95 - £105 + negotiable

Contract Type: Locum (short-term and long-term assignments available)

Start Date: ASAP

We would really like someone with Fostering and Adoption experience including 'adult health' assessments, would need to be able to do the adoption panel as well
Looking for cover for a period of 2-3 months initially
At least 5 sessions pw for the Fostering and Adoption work (to include Child Protection medicals) and up to 10 session depending on their experience in terms of also covering general community paediatrics as well.
The work would be predominantly on Anglesey and the base would likely be Ty Derwydd.
The job plan would depend on the sessions agreed but there would be no 'on-call' out of hours and it would be Mon - Fri."

What we're looking for:

Essential:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
• UK Right to Work
• Strong communication and teamworking skills

Desirable:

• CCT in Paediatrics
