Senior Delivery Lead - Band 6 Registered Nurse

Job role: Band 6 - Senior Delivery Lead (SDL)

Location: Scotland region

We are seeking motivated and compassionate senior delivery lead with phlebotomy experience to join our team.

As a senior delivery lead, you will play a key role in supporting clinical assessments, ensuring a positive participant experience, and maintaining high standards of care, quality and safety. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will help facilitate the smooth operation of mobile clinics and support participants throughout their research journey.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and are committed to supporting innovative healthcare and research programmes that aim to improve the health of future generations.

Main duties of the job

Band 6 or above

* Lead a team of HCAs delivering daily phlebotomy

* Ensure SOPs are followed throughout the shift

* Oversee clinic operations and PPE compliance

* Manage and escalate stock levels

* Report incidents via InPhase and act as clinical/operational point of contact

* Confident in venepuncture and able to support failed attempts

* Maintain high clinical standards across the unit

* Complete daily audits

* Strong leadership experience essential

Essential:

• Be aged 25 or over.
• Hold a full manual driving licence with a clean driving record.
• The ability to pass an enhanced background check - PVG
