Rate: £90 - £105
Contract Type: Locum (short-term and long-term assignments available)

Consultant who is on the Specialist register, AC approved clinician status in Wales and section 12[2] approval
The current locum was covering 2 x OPMH Team until end of March 2026 but now we have a Specialty Doctor to support so the work is split between them.
Working Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 with no oncall responsibility.

What We're Looking For
Essential:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• Section 12/Section 22 and Approved/Responsible Clinician status (or eligibility)
• A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
• Experience in adult mental health settings
• UK Right to Work
• A flexible, collaborative, and patient-focused approach
• CCT in Old Age Psychiatry
