Rate: £90 - £95p/h

Contract Type: Locum (short-term and long-term assignments available)

Acute Paediatrics Consultant Team based in Childrens OPD and Children's Ward. Looking for a 1 WTE/10 session locum Consultant until January 2027. Would also be covering the hot week and on call rota, along with clinic work.

About the Role

As a locum Consultant in Paediatrics and Neonatology, you'll provide expert care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Supporting junior doctors and clinical staff
• Contributing to service development and audits

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree
• Full GMC registration with a licence to practise
• A current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check or PVG check - or a willingness to undergo one as part of the registration process
• UK Right to Work
• Strong communication and teamworking skills

Desirable:

• CCT in Paediatrics and Neonatology (or within 6 months of achieving it)
