The organiser of this promotion (the “Promoter”) is Medacs Healthcare of 33 Soho Square, London, W1D 3QU.
The recipient of a £1,000 payment is the “Referrer” and a “charity of the Referrer’s choice”. The Referrer will qualify for a payment of £1,000.
The Promoter will pay the Referrer either £1,000 directly to their bank account or this will be split between the Referrer and a charity of the Referrer’s choice, with £500 paid to the Referrer and £500 to the charity (subject to tax, National Insurance Contributions, and any applicable bank transfer fees), provided the following conditions are met:
The Referrer must:
- (a) be registered with the Promoter as an agency worker;
- (b) have recommended a GMC-registered consultant or a consultant eligible for full GMC registration without adaptation who meets the Promoter’s registration requirements and subsequently registers for work with the Promoter;
- (c) have consent from the person being recommended (the “Candidate”) to make the referral and to pass their personal data to the Promoter.
The Candidate must:
- (a) have a valid GMC number at the time of registration;
- (b) be eligible to work in the UK;
- (c) not already be registered with the Promoter and not have been referred previously by the Referrer;
- (d) complete 250 hours of work via the Promoter within a twelve-month period, commencing within six months of the registration date.
Once the Promoter has verified eligibility, the payment will be made either in full to the Referrer or split with a charity of the Referrer’s choice. The charity must:
- (a) be registered in the UK with a charity number and bank account;
- (b) be verified and accepted by the Promoter.
Multiple referrals are allowed, and each successful referral qualifies for a separate payment.
By submitting a referral, the Referrer accepts these terms. It is the Referrer’s responsibility to ensure the Candidate confirms the Referrer’s full name when registering.
This promotion is not open to employees or past employees of the Promoter, nor their families.
The Promoter reserves the right to change or close the promotion at any time without notice. Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

Locum Doctors Standard Referral Bonus Terms and Conditions:

The Referrer will qualify for a payment of £500 (subject to tax and National Insurance Contributions and net of any bank transfer fees applicable) provided the following conditions are met:
The Referrer must:
- (a) be registered with the Promoter as an agency worker;
- (b) have recommended a GMC-registered doctor or a doctor eligible for full GMC registration without adaptation who meets the Promoter’s registration requirements and subsequently registers for work with the Promoter;
- (c) have consent from the person being recommended (the “Candidate”) to make the referral and to pass their personal data to the Promoter.
The Candidate must:
- (a) have a valid GMC number at the time of registration;
- (b) be eligible to work in the UK;
- (c) not already be registered with the Promoter and not have been referred previously by the Referrer;
- (d) complete 250 hours of work via the Promoter within a twelve-month period, commencing within six months of the registration date.

The Candidate must:
- Be a registered nurse;
- Have a valid NMC number;
- Be eligible to work in the UK;
- Not already be registered with the Promoter;
- Complete 100 hours of work via the Promoter within a six-month period, commencing within six months of the registration date.
Once the Promoter has carried out the necessary checks to ensure that the Referrer qualifies for the promotion, the Promoter will pay £250 (net of any bank transfer fees applicable) into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Referrer.
The Referrer may recommend more than one individual and each recommendation will allow them to become eligible for more than one payment, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The Candidate must:
- Be qualified in one of the listed AHP specialisms;
- Be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC);
- Be eligible to work in the UK;
- Not already be registered with the Promoter;
- Complete 100 hours of locum work via the Promoter within a six-month period, commencing within six months of the registration date.
Once the Promoter has carried out the necessary checks to ensure that the Referrer qualifies for the promotion, the Promoter will pay £250 (net of any bank transfer fees applicable) into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Referrer.
The Referrer may recommend more than one individual and each recommendation will allow them to become eligible for more than one payment, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

The Referrer will qualify for a payment of up to £2,500 (subject to tax and National Insurance Contributions) if each of the following conditions are met:
The Referrer must;
- (a) recommend to the Promoter either a NMC registered nurse or a HCPC registered paramedic, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist who subsequently registers with the Promoter;
- (b) Have consent from the person being recommended (the “Candidate”) and
- (c) ensure that the Candidate confirms the Referrer’s full name when registering with the Promoter.
The Candidate referred must;
- (a) have a valid NMC or HCPC number;
- (b) be eligible to work in the UK;
- (c) not already be registered with the Promoter at the point of referral and
- (d) commence work within six months of the registration date.
The Promoter will pay up to £1,000 into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Referrer within the monthly pay run that follows the Candidate passing their probation with Medacs Healthcare (Usually 6 months).
The Promoter will then pay the remaining £1,500 into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Referrer within the monthly pay run that follows the Candidate completing nine months with Medacs Healthcare.
If the probation period is extended, the same payment terms will apply, whereby the applicable payment will be made within the monthly pay run that follows successful passing of probation.
The payments outlined in this referral bonus scheme are applicable for referrals where the Candidate is contracted to full-time hours.
Payments will be adjusted for part-time Candidates based on their contractual full-time equivalent.
Payments laid out under this scheme will not be payable to the referrer, if either the candidate or the referrer are within their notice period or no longer employed by Medacs Health Assessment Services.

- be a qualified Theatre Support Worker; be eligible to work in the UK; not already be registered with the Promoter; complete 100 hours of work via the Promoter within a six month period, commencing within six months of the registration date.
Once the Promoter has carried out the necessary checks to ensure that the Referrer qualifies for the promotion, the Promoter will pay £100 (net of any bank transfer fees applicable) into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Referrer.
The Referrer may recommend more than one individual and each recommendation will allow them to become eligible for more than one payment, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
