The recipient of a £1,000 payment is the “Referrer” and a “charity of the Referrer’s choice”. The Referrer will qualify for a payment of £1,000.

The Referrer will qualify for a payment of up to £2,500 (subject to tax and National Insurance Contributions) if each of the following conditions are met:

The Promoter will pay up to £1,000 into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Referrer within the monthly pay run that follows the Candidate passing their probation with Medacs Healthcare (Usually 6 months).
The Promoter will then pay the remaining £1,500 into the UK bank account the Promoter has on file for the Referrer within the monthly pay run that follows the Candidate completing nine months with Medacs Healthcare.
If the probation period is extended, the same payment terms will apply, whereby the applicable payment will be made within the monthly pay run that follows successful passing of probation.
The payments outlined in this referral bonus scheme are applicable for referrals where the Candidate is contracted to full-time hours.
Payments will be adjusted for part-time Candidates based on their contractual full-time equivalent.
Payments laid out under this scheme will not be payable to the referrer, if either the candidate or the referrer are within their notice period or no longer employed by Medacs Health Assessment Services.
