Established in 1990, Medacs Healthcare is a leading provider of on-framework clinical staff to the NHS, supplying over 8 million hours of care annually across all staffing groups.
Our specialist staffing and international recruitment teams place thousands of temporary and permanent staff into NHS roles every year. We also source healthcare workers from all over the world, recruiting into private and public sector vacancies in Ireland, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. We are the largest provider of locum doctors to the NHS and the largest supplier of specialist healthcare managed services outside of the United States.
Medacs Clinical Insourcing division also supports a rapidly growing number of NHS trusts with their elective care waiting list pressures. With a pioneering new ‘allied’ workforce model, our insourcing teams are successfully uplifting surgical capacity and productivity, reducing patient waits and safely tackling complex procedures across all specialties.
